Apply as a Maid/Host

We are accepting applications for our future AniMaid Café events! Please read over the rules carefully and apply if you are interested in being a maid or host in one of our future events.  Please understand that if you do not meet these requirements or fail to fully complete your application, we have every right to deny your application.

Requirements:

1. Must live in Southern California.*
2. Must have reliable transportation.
3. Must be 18 or older or be 18 by the time of the event.*
4. Must provide your own maid or host outfit.
5. Must be in good health.
6. Must attend most meeting and training dates.
7. Must be friendly, work well with others, be yourself, and have a nice smile.
8. Application must include two (2) clear headshot and two (2) clear full body photos. The links given must point to a hosting or an image hosting site, NOT Facebook or Myspace, etc.

*Exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.
